Six Year Stretch is an Alternative band based out of Northwest PA.  The fun-loving group is comprised of three brothers (Andy, Adam, and Alex Brown) and features two “brothers from another mother,” national guitar artist, Eric Brewer, and long time friend and drummer, Mike Wolfe.  SYS has been honored to receive the Alternative Band of the Year from the Rock Erie Music Awards three times, recently winning awards for "Males Vocals"-Andy and "Best Album" - Afterglow.  The guys have enjoyed playing many different venues including the Hard Rock Cafe, the stage at Jergels Rhythm and Grill to name a few.  They enjoy connecting with their fans at many local and regional festivals as well.  Over the past year, they've opened for national touring bands such as Sugar Ray and Gin Blossoms.

When Andy and Adam first began writing music together fifteen years ago, they quickly discovered their knack for songwriting and their natural talent for creating smooth harmonies. As they began playing out, youngest brother Alex grabbed the bass and learned how to play to make it a real family affair.  Mike joined the band soon after Alex, with Eric being the latest addition, joining in 2017. Over the years, their sound has evolved to feature strong harmonies, catchy melodies, and now with Eric, an electric punch.

The band currently released it's sophomore album, AFTERGLOW, in June '18.  Recorded at GCR Studios in Buffalo, NY, the songs are available on almost all digital platforms online.
